Yannis’ passion and experience for great homemade food and excellent service has been forged during the past 18 years of catering experience combined amongst both Northern Greece and Yorkshire. During his busy catering currier, Yannis managed to gain a degree in Business and Management at Leeds Beckett University and an Executive MBA at Leeds University
